This is a daylight basement & lower level of a home that had been renovated quite a few years ago to be used as a veterinary clinic. When the clinic closed down abruptly, it was left in shambles and forgotten about. With new home owners, they needed the entire lower level cleaned out and remediated for the large amount of mold that you can see was found. Our technicians were able to remove the affected materials and get them ready for reconstruction. Which left the customers feeling relieved and grateful for our time and energy spent to get the safety hazards dealt with accordingly.
