Water drain build up

This water drain at a home in Selma, AL would not drain water. The home owner did not know it would not drain, but this was found out when a roof leak occurred and eventually got worse while she was visiting her mother out of state. Once she got home the roof leak had gotten so bad that it flooded her house. When we arrived the water was at least ankle deep. Once we sucked all the water up we pulled out the thin layer of carpet to find some nasty buildup around and inside the drain. When we found that we had to pressure wash the whole area, and the drain. Once we had done that we placed drying equipment allowed the area to dry. The customer was so happy we fixed her house and when she got her roof fixed she was even happier.
